Should Vodacom check whether a prize given in Vodacom shake is to the benifit of their clients
Please note that when you win a prize for Shaw Academy in the Vodacom shake you then enter into an agreement between you and Shaw academy, Vodacom is no longer involved. If you sign up and only want the trial period give immediate notice as well, otherwise they will deduct money at the end of the month that you won't get back.
The reason I give Vodacom 1 star is that I'm of the opinion that they should also take responsibility and check the prizes they give and whether it's too the benefit of their clients.

08 May 2020, 14:41Mahali from Vodacom phoned me today on 8/5 and informed me that they are looking into the agreement between Vodacom and Shaw Academy.
They are also escalating any deductions where Shaw Academy deducted more than one payment internally. That is good news where people's accounts are still being deducted however it means I lost my money .
I also requested reasons why they are partnering with a company where a lot their clients experience so many problems with and accordingly to him they're looking into the agreement. Although it is really disheartening to realize that they were aware that they have so many clients that have problems with Shaw academy and are still proceeding to award these prizes.
This hopefully they will soon change that and I will keep on bringingitup everytime they award a prize on VodacomShake up.
Just one further note is that he requested should I have any other problems I can contact them on their Twitter or Facebook page. Since I don't have either and get such good results through hellopeter will keep on using this forum.
