Should Vodacom being offering fiber?

Out of the hundreds of fiber service provider out there you would choose Vodacom because they would probably be the best in terms of service and overall coverage. Atleast that's what I thought when I decided to go with them, however this has not been the case. I started a 12 month contract with Vodacom for a 20mb line at just R800 installation was quick and easy as where I stayed the was already a open serve box. Unfortunately my and my landlord has a falling out and I had to move. So I logged a call and requested my line to be moved. This required me to tell them the new location which I did, then they sent me a form with I filled out and signed and sent back to them. I called a week later to follow up and I was informed that that could open up the PDF file I send and had to send in the same format I was sent (a word document) which is abit crazy but hell I have comp****. A week later called to follow up again and was informed that all seems good and that I should just wait the 30days as that is unfortunately the process. On day 31 I called yet again and they set up the appointment for the installation, 3 hours later is received a email stating that where I was relocating to was not fiber read. ( On a side not there is fiber in the building as many of my neighbors actually have fiber lines) but clearly not vodacom. So I waited 30 days for them to say they can't assist me. I sent so much money on LTE as I waited for my line to be installed when they could have fiber is not available from the beginning and I would have looked for a new service provider. So now let's talk out what has transpired after the 30days, they then logged a calculation and aoof of address which I sent, I then received a email saying that that what I sent isnt good enough.... I then called in and asked them what they want exactly... And basically this is what they want about R5000 in cancellation fees, they want R900 for there stupid router and about R800 for their installation ( remember there was already a existing fiber box installed, which I explained to the advisor when I walked into the store and to the lady who called me but I had to do it their way) so now in this very difficult financial period we are all going through I'm being bleed dry by a company that has not been able to assist be I'm so tired of calling and trying to get to the bottom of this. I've just decided to give in and just cut my losses. Why this review? Simple don't get Vodacom fiber Vodacom isn't ready... They are how ever good at locking you into contracts that's they even if they can't forfill on their side.
