Should have just stayed away from Vodacom completely

Trying to move my contract from Telkom to Vodacom has been a nightmare, I should have just stayed with Telkom. Everything from my side was done, I got to the store, filled in all the paperwork...first issue the Vodacom biometrics system didn't work. Everyone tried on different computer, no luck. After about 2 hours they said to come back later. Eventually someone phoned, I went to the shop and that was done. Before leaving I just checked if everything is working, no internet on my phone. The guy at the shop tried to get it working for another hour (this is now 18:00 on a Friday afternoon) with no luck. He's going to sort it out tomorrow morning first thing. Saturday rolls by, nothing so Sunday I drive to the shop again. He just says sorry, head office is closed today so I will have to wait for Monday.

I decide I'll just try Vodacom customer care myself, what a piece of **** system that just goes nowhere until you hear "ok good bye"

Anyway Monday afternoon, phone the shop again and again the same reply "sorry"

So at this point I'm fed up, I haven't had an internet connection on my phone for 4 days and no one can tell me when it will be fixed.

I've seen some Vodacom replies here that they will be contacted by Vodacom to have their issues sorted out.

I'm not going to hold my breath though

Thank you very much for my copy and paste reply. No one has contacted me and I still don't have internet.

I'm done and ready to stop this contract before it even started
