Shopping online is easy until you need an item actually delivered....

<p>I purchased a pre-paid cellphone online for a family member who lives in JHB. Simple enough. Now RAM is due to deliver the item in today and is insisting on a physical copy of my ID. My family member does not have access to a printer. The cellphone must be delivered today. I have phoned countless call centre agents and have had no luck. If the phone is not delivered today, I will be cancelling the order.</p>
