Shop stole R1400 airtime!

I stopped at the vodacare shop for a sim card and the 2GBx12month up-front prepaid deal.<br> I purchased the sim card, and paid for the data bundle on the same slip.<br> Then the shop loaded the data onto someone else sim card!! Unfortunately I only realised their mistake when I got home and still didnt have my airtime loaded.<br> When I phoned the shop they promised to correct their error within 4 hours. It's now been 4 days and yet still no data!!<br> Surely this is theft?!<br> Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated
