Shop should close its doors

On 6 November i entered the shop, but was only aproach when i decided yo leave the shop as there was no assistance.

I then recieved a ticked number which was never called but people who entered the shop after me got assisted. When asking for a manager was yold he/she is not available but i can speak to the assistant manager. Her response to my complaint was basically: well complaint if you would like but we care less.

I finally got assisted, i originally entered the store to do two upgrades to iphone7 and take out another contract for ipad pro. But decided against this due to the poor service at this store. So in essence the store just lost over R30 000 worth of business.

I decisded to upgrade one contract but was then told no stock available ob ipad, this was ordered and i was supposed to be notified. Today is rhe 24 November but no feedback from the store. When calling lines are mostly not answered or are busy.
