Shop Manager Leads by example
A few weeks ago I decided to do a phone upgrade. I went to the Vodacom Shop in the GARDEN CENTRE, as it was convenient for me.<br> I had all my paperwork in order, and the lady that assisted me was the manager on duty.<br> She was friendly and got the process done very quickly, while also helping other walk-ins with simple questions like how to convert airtime to data, and what wireless headset will work with my phone etc. But at no point did I feel like my needs were not being met.<br> I'm sorry I can't remember the lady's name, as it would have been nice to mention her by name.
