Shoddy customer service and spurious charges

Charges on my account for premium rated text messages. I do not know where these charges arise, I do not use short codes, and I have raised many complaints on these charges, and on content service charges that suddenly appeared on my account from nowhere, and without my knowledge or consent. I have had this as a recurring problem since April where I have been overcharged, Vodacom say the amount was reversed, but it has not, or has not been reversed in full. There is no response from Vodacom on Hello Peter despite them saying they will contact me, and unsatisfactory responses via Customer Services via email. I was advised in June that a R26 overcharge would be reversed but it has not. When I ask where these charges arise and who authorized them I get no response. In April Vodacom agreed to reverse all content service charges but did not reverse them in full. In May charges were reversed in full. The short code that charged me R30 for one message does not exist, it was discontinued 4 years prior. This was the advice from Meridian Services. June account the overcharge was supposed to be reversed but has not. In addition Customer Services seem unable to capture the correct address on my Invoice. I have expressly forbidden Vodacom to allow spurious charges on my account, without my knowledge, consent, and explicit authorization. I don't see why I need to pay for itemized billing at an additional cost of R17 so that Vodacom do not pass these spurious charges against my account. Worse still, staff seem unable or unwilling to solve the problem, and worse still, seem unable to explain the exact source of these charges.
