Shockingly poor service
So trying to call vodacom cancellation department to cancel my contract, hold for 10 minutes, consultant answers, silence and drops the call. The other consultant answered and while I'm speaking dropped the call. Clearly they doing their utmost best to make cancelling as difficult as possible.
