Shocking Vodacom service re upgrade, missing minutes and unfulfilled promises

<p>1)Before 1 February, I upgraded my contract package which had expired a year ago. On 31 January I had 64 minutes available to me (have screenshot to prove this complaint). I did not make any calls except for one at about 14h30 on 31st for 5 minutes. I then tried to phone out again but couldn't despite my many efforts to do so. Eventually I did a balance enquiry and was notified I had 0 talk minutes left. So for the rest of the day I was without any access to a phone - very frustrating and irritating! On 1 Feb I noted that the 64 minutes had vanished. I want them back please!!!! To put a customer in a situation where they have no warning of being cut off (even if it is due to updating the supplier's system this should be done overnight) is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!. 2)This also happened with my data bundle which I changed from a 2 GB to a 5GB (which btw was supposed to kick in on 1 January (I upgraded on 24 December) but there was an issue with that to due to Vodacom inefficiencies. So I only got upgraded 1 Feb!! 3)I also bought a phablet and with it got a data bundle. I received a welcom message from Vodacom saying if I recharged with R12 before 1 Feb I would get R300 bonus time. Where is it? I have not received this either! Really tired of this shocking service Vodacom!</p>
