Shocking Vodacom Service.

My sim card was **********ly swapped on the 4 March 2023. This is the second time within a few months that this has happened. I phone the help center on the 8th March and was told my number was poached to MTN and that it would take 72 hours to resolve. I gave them their 72 hours and phoned on Monday the 13th March. Thandwa told me that my number was recovered and then ****** again on Friday afternoon (10 March). Now how the hell does that happen. Do Vodacom not have firewalls or some kind of security protecting their clients. Thandwa said she would contact the Porting department, gave me a reference number and said she would try resolve the problem by Tuesday the 14 March. Today, My number still does not work. I cannot receive sms. Someone tried to hack into my bank account on Sunday so the bank deactivated my account which is another headache. I went into the Vodacom store at Greenstone on Monday the 13th to see if anyone could help me there. I was greeted with blank stares and as the staff remained seated on their chairs, they gave me the impression they were not in the mood to help me. So I left. I think Vodacom call center as well as their store, is absolutely shocking. Between poaching departments and porting and all the excuses they are giving me is disgusting. I am still waiting for a call from them regarding sim swap. I hope someone from Vodacom wakes up and calls me with news that my query has been resolved. Thanks for your shocking service Vodacom.
