SHOCKING VODACOM SERVICE AND SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day, I have been fighting with Vodacom for 2 months now regarding their Vodacom signal issues in the VAAL MARINA area. I use their service there for the internet to view my security cameras at my property and 99% of the TIME THERE SERVICE IS NOT WORKING. after getting a Vodacom store to log the calls for me I keep on getting told that the issue is from ESKOM (which it isn't) then they say it's too dangerous for their technicians to get to the towers (no idea where they get that from). I'm still waiting for an answer from VODACOM, I guess they have gotten way too BIG FOR THEM SELVES and don't care about their clients. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM. I WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE......

Well it's obvious that VODACOM doesn't care about there clients. I have responded to the private email with all the questions answered and guess what NO REPLY AT ALL. I HONESTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE!!!!!!
