Shocking vodacom service

I had been trying for a couple of months to move my vodacom cell contract from my personal capacity into the name of the business. After initially going into a vodacom store, initiating the process and submitting a text book of documentation that vodacom required, I was told that the migration has been effected. A month later, the debit order was still fron my personal account and when I enquired about this, it was said that no migration had been done and no documents submitted to vodacom. After calming down, I proceeded to resubmit all the documentation and start the process for a 2nd time. Two months subsequent to my initial store visit and about an additional 5 store visits, the debit order is still coming off my personal account and invoice in my personal name. What amazed me the most about these in store visits, is that no one could provide me with why this was happening or answer relating questions to whether the migration had been effected or not. A month further on, the debit order is now coming off both my personal account and the business account, so paying twice for the same contract. Sooo instore we go again (yet another hour of my day wasted), and unsurprisingly no one again could provide me with why this was happening or any solution to my problem. To sweetening the deal, I "early" upgraded and had to pay an instore penalty so I signed all the necessary documentation and made payment BUT I am still on the old contract and paying (double paying!) the old subscription fee! After realising that the instore visits were of no use, I resorted to calling vodacom business on ***, after an hour and a half on the line and being transferred from one person to the next, I am still not any closer in resolving this **** show! Vodacom, what a joke you are, effectively *****ing from your customers (hopefully not customer that much longer!
