SHOCKING VODACOM FIBRE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Vodacom fibre! Cannot trust them! Worst customer service EVER! Phoned them 4 times now, over 3 months, to reduce speed to 50. Each time i was promised it was done. Phoned today to check, and i am still on 100 speed, and have been overcharged for 3 months now!
