Shocking Vodacom Business Fibre Customer Support

What a disaster and lack of customer service, in fact not just customer service but lack of total customer care. We (DMIX) are a Vodacom Business Client. There is no way to deal with anyone who can resolve the issue except via the call center ***. No senior manager is willing to call you back and provide feedback or ETA. We had a fibre line installed for our small company since we were forced to work from home due to Covid. Now we had to relocate from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth so we filled in the relocation form, providing more than 30 days notice. Its now 3 weeks that we do not have Vodacom internet yet we are paying a monthly contract and our new location is Vodacom Fibre ready. We have spent over 3 hours over the past 3 weeks waiting on the telephone as consultants transfer and move our call around because no one is taking responsibility. Eventually we were told that the task lies with Griffith the technical fibre manager, but nothing, no feedback, no ETA, no care!!! All we have asked for is feedback and a ETA. We even tried to email William Mziba the executive of Vodacom Business but still nothing, we are obviously too small of a company for him to care about. We are running our office off a small Telkom router now that can't handle the daily work load. We have asked Vodacom to provide an interim LTE solution but nothing. Why is it so hard to call us back and explain what's going on???

Dear Vodacom Consumer Website Team,
What a weak reply. In fact I'm sure that reply was automated by a system and not a human.
No one has contacted me. In due course must mean never, but its fine breach the terms of the contract so that I may cancel it and find a company who wants our business.
Regards,
Justin - Disappointed Vodacom Business Customer

Just confirmed today Vodacom straight out lies to its business customers. Our service request logged on 4th June, now we get a no-reply email stating the service request status is now closed. Guess what, our business still does not have the fibre internet we pay for, so come month-end here comes a breach of contract for Vodacom!!!
