Ignoring a problem within your own house is only making this worse ! You admitting fault and promised to sort out and now have gone back on your word and blaming the client. I have all the proof the emails the phone calls and instead of acknowledging you choose to ignore and say that’s final ? It’s not final you are acting outside of the terms and conditions outside of the contract you breached this contract first !
