SHOCKING USELESS SERVICE
Good Day,<br> I have never in my life dealt with an organization that is so fricking useless. I have not received emailed statements for 4 months. I have sent over 100 emails asking for my statements and received sweet stuffall response whatsoever !!!! I have phoned and gotten nowhere. The supervisor does not have a direct line so I can complain to him. They may not give out the supervisors email address or cell number ?? WHAT AM I PAYING FOR ???? WHAT SORT OF A MULTY BILLION RAND ORGANISATION IS VODACOM. HOW DOES A COMPANY LIKE THIS FUNCTION ??
