Shocking upgrade service
<p>Cellphone upgrade due. Been trying to do it since 9 Dec. Promises, promises, promises but no action . Pushed from pillar to post. Phoned 16 times and spoken to 11 different people and spent 175 mins 16 seconds with no satisfaction. No customer care or service even though we have been customers for 8 years. Seriously considering changing network provider.</p>
