Shocking Upgrade
I was offered an upgrade by the Vodacom Call centre, we agreed on a phone & package at R1409 p/m which was verbally & SMS confirmed. I receive the phone on Thursday & on Saturday 03 Aug, I receive an email titled invoice quote where my monthly cost is now R1800.98. I have had a vodacom contract since around 1998, they now cant get the amount that was confirmed so we care cancelling the upgrade. Every dealing I have had with Vodacom is an uophill struggle.
