Shocking Trickery!

I received a phonecall on Thursday from Vodacom, saying that, because I have been such a loyal customer, they are going to discount my contract and give me more data each month until my contract ends. I felt hesitant because I am trying to keep my expenses as low as possible and didnt want to be duped into paying an additional amount each month. Long story short, this guy assured me that I wouldn't be paying extra, but that I would actually be paying less. So I agreed.

This morning I received an SMS saying that R175 would be added to my bill every month. I cannot afford this. I am super ****ed off. Can someone please call me and sort this out immediately? You are welcome to pull the phonecall where he assures me that I will not be charged for anything.
