SHOCKING TREATMENT FROM SO CALLED MANAGER

I recently visited the Vodashop at the Glen to do a sim swop. The consultant was insistant that I did not have sim insurance and wanted to charge me for the sim swop. She looked on the computer for a while where she continued to insist that there was no sim insurance on my contract. Much to my frustration she argued with me until I asked to talk to the Manager as I know there was sim insurance on this contract. Danie Coetzee (so called "Manager") looked up on the computer and immediately saw that infact I did have sim insurance. I told him that I was not happy with the service and questioned why the consultant was not able to verify it on the system for so long whereas he immediately did. I told him that this is not the first time I had experienced bad service from this particular branch. Danie was highly offended and did not even attempt to listen to what had actually taken place with the consultant before he had come to assist. Danie Coetzee proceeded to tell me that OUR company provided a very bad service and that he is the Managing Director of many companies and one of his companies deals with OUR company (a letter had been provided to Vodacom on our company letterhead to request a sim swop as it is on a business contract, he saw our companys name on the letterhead) I was utterly shocked I had absolutely NO idea who this man was and how he could bad mouth OUR company. He was getting personal as I had come into the store simply to do a sim swop and now he was degrading OUR company. I have NO clue as to how this Danie Coetzee has any relevance to OUR company and what OUR supposed "bad service" has got anything to do with a sim swop. He was so rude and arrogant I cannot believe that a "Manager" of a corporate company could ever treat a client this way. I tell you what, we may be a small company, but we have NEVER treated any one of our clients in this manner. Let alone do it so vocally in a store filled with customers. I was so taken back I couldnt believe what had actually happened. This is absolutely DISGUSTING. I insist on further investigations into this situation.
