Shocking telephone etiquette
I must express my profound disappointment and dismay regarding the abysmal experience I endured with Vodacom customer care earlier today, precisely at 04:52 pm. After hanging on the line patiently, I was met with a lackluster response from the consultant who failed to even introduce herself before stating that her system was down. Furthermore, the consultant abruptly terminated our call before I could articulate the reason for my call. Such a flagrant disregard for basic customer service etiquette is nothing short of shocking and completely unacceptable.
