Shocking shocking service Vodacom mall of the South

Shocking shocking service received from both Vodacom stores at Mall of the South trying to assist my elderly parents one of which is in a wheelchair to cancel a Vodacom data bundle so my mom could port her number to Telkom as it was a more cost effective premium for them. The store downstairs sent my mom who had to push a wheelchair from the one end of the mall to the other store as they could not take cash so my mom went to Vodacom upstairs shop to pay the penalty of +_ R400 so we could port the Vodacom number to Telkom.... The amount was paid and my mom was told to wait a full month as she needed to give a month notice even with paying the penalty... None the less mom diarised to go back to Telkom. After 31 days to port the number.... Guess what the one constant blames the other consultant for not having advised mom that proof of payment needed to be sent through.. Xolile Dubayi at store upstairs tel number ********** 015 said in these words..... 'because u guys did not send proof of payment...... Needless to say totally disrespectful.... The proof of payment was showing.... Wanted to send my elderly parents again from pillar to post.... My question to Vodacom is how do u train your staff if the body language shows total insolence.. Total lack of sense of urgency. .... And call an elderly person as u guys..... Shocking experience.... This needs to be brought to the attention of Nomsa Mathebula... Thank you to Mpho Thapedi assistant manager for going the extra mile even though it took 1 hour and 20 minutes as I advised we would not leave the store until Vodacom had canceled the contract as was originally requested in Feb.... No accountability taken.... Sales consultants with the attitude of Xolile Dubayi should not be interacting with customers...
