SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!

<p>VODACOM is the worst business in SA when it comes to tryng to sort out your account, I have complained before about it taking months to get our problem sorted!!!!!!!!!!! Vodacom had our transfer documents from a business to personal on the 6th October 2016, they told us last month, it will be done by the 12th December 2016, which we fought about because it was taking sooooooooooooooooooooooo long to happen, and we were told it would escalated to definately happen by December 2016, I phoned them today, 13th December 2016 and have been advised that it will now take ANOTHER MONTH, it will only be done on the 12th of January 2017, how disgusting is this service - 4 MONTHS to do a transfer! This is unacceptable from VODACOM!!!!!! We WILL NOT wait until January 2017 for this to be done!! if a manager or someone from VODACOM</p>
