Shocking Shocking Service at Vodacom Upgrades !! - Still waiting and being billed!!

<p>I upgraded my moms contract which is on my account - 3 weeks ago... I have contacted Vodacom Upgrades various Times - probably about 7 hours I have been on the phone in the last 3 and a half weeks trying to sort this upgrade out!! I am still waiting for the tablet that is part of the upgrade, I have spoken to numerous consultants and a couple team leaders that have all promised me that I would recieve my tablet!! Still no Tablet!! I spoke to another team leader today and she told me that there is no stock and she would find out from the warehouse then put the phone down on my ear. Unacceptable!! I have been a very loyal customer for many years with large bills every month that are always up to date and now I get service like this. I expect Vodacom to arrange for an upgraded Tablet asap for my moms upgraded account with delivery asap or you can cancel all my accounts and I will move to another service provider that will give me good service!!!</p>
