Shocking SHOCKING Service

I signed up for a Wifi Router contract. I received a pro-rate data amount middle of August. The data ran out within a week. I normally buy 1 gig data a month before this contract and it lasts. Nobody could answer me as to why my 1 gig lasts. I then bought another gig and specifically turned off updates and connected no other device. At work I used the work wife. Within 4 days this was finished. I then cancelled the contract and Vodacom was to arrange for the router to be collected. I called on numerous occasions to tell them nobody collected. I was then billed AGAIN for a full month and more. This is without me using the router as the person that I cancelled the contract with said I must not use it, which makes perfect sense. It has been sitting in my desk drawer. After I made a performance they came to fetch the router. I have emailed their complaints department so many times its just not funny anymore. The amount of time I have wasted explaining the situation over and over again is unreal. So for half a month data I have paid R212.55 and another R 347.49 which they just deducted (me having cancelled the contract and not using the device). I had also spent R 149 on an extra 1 gig. So in total for half a month of data I have paid R 709.04. The contract was for R199 per month. I have not received a refund of R347.49 or a pro-rata amount for the full month I was billed and only receiving half a month data. I am so livid and frustrated with them. I am so tired of trying to get my money back. All I get told is they can only refund me once they receive the router. I called on numerous occasions and after I performed, a month later, they fetched the device. It is not my fault that they are ***********, but yet they want to take off my money because of their incompetence. They collected the device wednesday last week. I am still waiting for a refund or somebody to call me. They could have at least had the decency to reply to my various emails which I sent to their complaints department.

I have dealt with various people, some of whom are Yvonne, Jeffrey, Felicia, Mpo, Tumi, Nandi Pulani and a few more people that I unfortunately did not take the name of.
