Shocking servixe
Shocking again they closed my ticket without advising me of the outcome. I have been paying for LTE 100 /100 mbps as advised by the sales consultant who confirmed that we could get signal and this download speed where we stay. Since I took this package out in June 2023 it has never been more than 40mbps up and 15 down. they have downgraded my package after Zaheer contacted me to say he can see we can’t get 100 /100 speed where we stay. I am waiting for my credit!!!!but in true vodacom style no response. The girl who called me last said she was going to speak to her manager and get back to me regarding my credit !!!
