Shocking services from Vodacom

We had a new Fibre line installed at our rented Townhouse. Prior to us moving to our new home we informed Vodacom for a transfer of the Fibre line to our new premises. We were told it would take 3 weeks for the change. In the interim we would be able to use Lte services. It's going on 2 months and the Fibre line is not connected. They cannot give us an indication when that would be done. Further more the Lte line does not work. We called 3 times in to solve the problem but each time they tell us same thing they need to esculate the issue and open a new ticket. Each call takes between one and two hours moving from one department to another. Yesterday we was on the phone with one of the consultants and asked to speak to her manager but he was not in and leaves at 4pm. There is no other manager that relieves him. We asked her manager to call us this morning but he has not done so. Vodacom is a well established organsation but their customer services is shocking and terrible. They have no urgency to resolve any issues. They must be reported to the ombudsman.

This is just a general reply. No one has contacted.
This just goes to show Vodacom does not take their complaints seriously.
