Shocking service with upgrade

I upgraded two contracts and received the new phones plus two new mini sim cards. The sim cards are not activated yet as it was a simple sim swap. Getting hold of any person ad Vodacom is n absolute nightmare, most calls that get answered gets cut off, if you do manage to speak to a person they say wait 1-3 hours, after 1-3 hours still not working I phone again, same story every time. This must be one of the most useless companies in the country.
