Shocking service with no answers

I am currently a Vodacom customer and have been for the last 10 years or so on my personal name. Recently I took out a business contract and normally it takes 24 to 48 hours for an answer. It has now been over 2 weeks and still no reply. I have been to The Pavilion store in Durban where I app**** for the contract and have been calling everyday but the system is always saying pending. When I called the Vodacom business contracts on ***, the guy told me that there is nothing they can do and I need to call the manager of the store, which in return will call their trade partner. There seems to be no answers to anything and being a cooperate company this is disgusting service. Its sad when a company does not want business in this day and age.
