Shocking Service - Overpromise with No Delivery

Absolutely shocking service received from the fibre call centre supervisors. We requested a simple relocation of our fibre line and have had to to endure over 12 phonecalls to the call centre with the same promises of escalation leading to no resolution. The 2 supervisors there...Luthando and Sibusiso William Nkawu have both made promises to phone me back and neither one has; throwing each under the bus in the process. I have all of our conversations recorded and need this urgently escalated to the highest level for resolution!
