Shocking service once again

I have lost count now on the amount of times we have taken my cellphone in for repairs and it has come back with the same problem. I have been given a refurbished phone with the exactly the same problem my P10 has given me before. I am clearly been taken for a joke . And nobody seems to be taking this matter seriously . This is by far the worst customer service provider I have ever had to deal with. How many times should my phone go in for repairs before I am given a new one..so that if its 100 times then Im nearly there.
