Shocking Service Once Again

Once again being ********** by Vodacom. I have been receiving my Vodacom Invoice for my cellphone for the correct amount. On checking my Bank Statement this morning, I noticed that they have been deducting an amount of R31 in excess of the amount on my invoices. I attempted to phone Customer Care, but after about 15 minutes and the call not being answered, I decided to go and see Loretta at Vodacom 4 U at Walker Drive PE. Loretta immediately went into my account to determine what was going on. She found that I was being charged for a MyMeg 250 MB TopUp for another number. We determined that it was from a 24 month Free Special I received with my last 24 month contract which expired in August 2018. Well that's very NICE, give you something for free and then without informing you or sending you an invoice after the 24 months is up, just start charging you for it. At the time I was led to believe that it was something I had been given for free to use for 24 Months. ( However did not even use ) Once again what an easy way to make money and rip customers off. I requested that Loretta must please cancel it with immediate effect. She stated that the only way to cancel it was to phone ********** from my phone as she was not allowed to phone from their phones. Well after nearly 25 minutes at about 11h13 the call was eventually answered by Zama. She informed me that the lines were down and I must call back in an hour. I informed her how long I had had to wait for my call to be answered and requested her to please phone me back. She blankly rep**** that the lines where busy and she cant phone me back. What SHOCKING service! And further to that at the end the request " Stay on the line to evaluate the level of service" What an absolute joke!
