Shocking service - issue not resolved since raised on 24th January 2018

On 24 January I sent an email to Vodacom Customer Care & another individual regarding (reference 003S~SCR4 )the VERY poor signal/network regarding calls, smses, whatsapp & internet surfing in my unit AND other units in the same complex. which has not yet been resolved. I initially received a call in January in response to my email & was told action would be taken within 14 days. Needless to say that was the last I heard from Vodacom until I had an issue with my subscription about a month later & had to phone them to resolve it. The query/case was still open and I was told that it takes 14 days for a response although I mentioned that it had been about a month since the last call!!! Subsequent to that call I received another call from Vodacom to say that they would be unable to respond within 14 days as they were so busy but they would get back to me soon. We are now in May, FOUR MONTHS LATER and I am still waiting for some action to be taken - for Vodacom to install antennae in my unit and/or install one for the complex to enhance everyone's network experience (I'm raising this concern on behalf of other complex resident's experiences as well). I'm extremely angry & frustrated regarding the blatant disregard that Vodacom has dealt with this issue to date. I have a tenant living in my unit who is a businessman with his own business (and who himself subscribes to Vodacom) who keeps following up with me regarding Vodacom's response & I am unable to give him a suitable answer. My tenant says he cannot carry on living there under such conditions - does Vodacom want to assist me in losing my tenant? Why can we not get the good service we expect when we subscribe to Vodacom? Does Vodacom want to lose their customers to competitors
