SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VODACOM !!!!

I recently bought my IPhone XR at the Vodacom workshop store, Durban then 3 weeks later the back camera lenses fall out and so I took the phone back to be repaired or replaced as its was a factory fault and I only had the phone in less than 27 days, I was told its will take two weeks most to sort it out, I haven't had my phone over 4 weeks now. I use this phone for work thus making my life really hard to collect my work tasks and life in generally and now when I call them I'm been told a week later its will be ready, a week later means I will be without a phone for about 5/6 weeks now, why was I sold a bad product and now I'm focused to wait forever.... I have never had such bad service in my whole entire life.
