Shocking service from Vodacom!

<p>I have had multiple issues with Vodacom over the last 2 weeks. Call centre is useless. Vodacom passed me a credit due to unauthorized funds debited from my account. Now they cannot Debit my account due to Systems being down and are threatining to cut off my contract! Please let ne know where I can send my cancellation notice to and i will return my handset. I honestly dont want to deal with such a service provider. Please feel free to contact me on ***. </p>
