Shocking service from Vodacom!!!!!!
How pathetic!!!!! Vodacom which is suppose to be the leader in telecoms can't even get it right to send me invoices after requesting this numerous times???? Then you send them you company details and they can't even capture the information correctly? Seems like we are working with government when working with Vodacom???? Such incompetence!!!! Scary the people we employ today, no accountability nor skills but they earn a salary????

Seems like Vodacom is not interested in my business, shocking how *********** they are that they can't rectify details they have been supp**** 2 years ago, but now the customer has to sort this out, why do you even have a customer center or an accounts department????? They are useless, fire them all and bring down the cost of telecoms, they are all dead weight as to service delivery and accuracy of work performed!
