Shocking service from a listed company

Yet again Now even from the social media department a lady called Olivia at Vodacom called me about my issues and not getting any service She promised me she would sort this out and that she is personally handling my complaint but may I add she would not give me her number nor a email details has not bothered with anything It’s been two weeks since I send her my 50 odd mails that’s never been answered nor has it been looked at Now she to does not come back to you More you talk to anyone the more you hear just how unhappy people are with Vodacom What must you do to get what you pay for
