Shocking Service

It has now been over a month since I last reported the appalling Vodacom signal in my area. This has been an ongoing issue for the past 11 years, and nothing has ever been done to improve the situation. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer my entire life, but it has reached a point where the service is truly shocking.
