shocking service closed call but not sorted problem.
query REF *** has been closed ?? but i still have the same problem ? how can it be closed when i have not heard back from anyone about the problem ? can the person who closed this call please call me asap and lets have a conf call with your manager. the call cant be closed as i still dont have proper connection, i see no arial outside my window (for boost) and i see no vodacom tower in my garden, so HOW can this be resolved? all i want to do is purchase a booster but it seems to difficult.....

06 Dec 2019, 09:57when do you think someone will phone me regarding this case number ? preferably i want the person who closed the case to call me as i still dont see an Arial outside my house nor a massive tower in my garden ? i went to the voda shop to buy an Arial they said log a call with your useless 135 people so i did, WHY IS MY CASE CLOSED ?

11 Dec 2019, 11:10amazing how the voda shop said i can buy an extended arial for like a booster type effect ?? it pics up the signal and bossts in in my house..... i will go back to that shop and that guy ! i hate wrong info !!
