SHOCKING SERVICE BY VODACOM
I have ordered an iphone online and was told stock is available. 4 weeks later I still don't have a phone and every time I phone I am told it is on back order and I should wait another 3 weeks. The day I did the upgrade online I WAS NOT TOLD that the phone is on back order. I have left messages and I am still waiting for a call back. I phoned again today and was told another 3 weeks! I am not happy and again I was told it will be escalated.
