Shocking Service

I sent a review in last week and had a call from Vodacom Department, Randall , this afternoon. I discussed my problem and he asked me to send him information on email to an address he would send me . The address he sent me is a noreply address. I called customer care and they do not know of this department or person Where do I go now . Perhaps the Chairman would like to assist . It is impossible to get back to any person you have spoken to.
