Shocking service at your vodashops

I would like to ask if vodacom puts any accountability on the people that run VodaShops . The amount of bad service I have experienced in this stores is shocking. Firstly I enquirers about a deal which is on the vodacom catalog; this guys carries on pressing his phone and tells me that they don’t have such a deal. My follow up question is can you enquire from vodacom because I saw it on the vodacom website and the only reason I didn’t go direct is because I was told by a vodacom agent that the accessory I want is not available via their channel. . He how on to tell me that they don’t have stock and He can’t get stock so he can’t help me. I go on to another vodashop, there they again dispute the deal I’m talking about even after I showed it to them on the vodacom website.. after I push back, they check it on the system and they generate a quote; but they tell me they need to check it and will get back to me on Thursday yet I was told that for that particular accessory, they do have stock. Why must I be treated like I’m lying or a *****. So my issue is ; how can vodacom advertise something yet your agents dispute it, secondly they show no interest in finding out where I saw this deal and are prepared not to service me.
