Shocking service at Vodacom Chatz Mokopane

My phone has been in repairs now for 3 weeks at Vodacom chatz in Mokopane! I have collected it twice now and both times the phone was not fixed! My husband phoned last week and was told that the phone is fixed and he needs to come collect it. (No one even called to say the phone was ready, he needed to call) when he arrives there today, he gets told that they tested the phone again on Monday and its giving the same problem again (faulty speaker) NO ONE phoned him to tell him this and he has now wasted another 65km drive FOR NOTHING! He wanted the phone back so that we can take it somewhere else because the service there is SHOCKING, and he gets told that the phone has been sent away for repairs! Zero communication from Vodacom! This is outrageous behaviour! I need my phone back urgently and want to know what is happening!!!!!!
