Shocking Service at Vodacom Cape Gate

I went to upgrade my handset on the 18 January 2017. I dealt with a consultant Kevin who advised me that there was no stock of my desired bundle and that it would be ordered in. A week went by and there was no feedback. When i called in i spoke to a Bianca, who advised me that the bundle would definitely be in store by the Thursday the 26 January 2017. On thursday i called into the store to follow up on the stock arrival, i was informed that Kevin was Fired,Bianca was day off, the store manager was on leave and the assistant manager was out. I then spoke to a consultant by the name of Jaco who advised me that Bianca should never have confirmed stock would definetly be there as they had no indication of the ETA. The store was closing and he was going to be day off on the 27th January so he promised me that another consultant by the name of Maureece would call the head office to get an ETA on the stock and call me back on the the 27th. On Friday the 27th i had still not heard back from them by 4:30pm, so once again i called the store. I then spoke to a lady by the name of Michelle who claimed to be the supervisor. She then told me that she had only placed my order on the 19 January and that they were still awaiting stock. I told her i wanted an ETA and i wanted her to get back to me before COB on the 27th January. She then called me back and instructed me to get to the store within an hour and a half or she couldnt help me. (this during peak traffic and on a Friday afternoon) Furthermore she then told me that she would only be able to action the upgrade once the system was back online... She was due to call me back to inform me when the system came back on line,... I am still waiting (01/02/2017) On Monday the 30th January 2017 i called the store again to find out what is happening. I was told now that Michelle is on leave the store manager was also on leave and that Jaco the sales consultant was running the store. He then proceeded to tell me that now there is no stock available and that the deal has expired so they cannot help me...

2 and a half weeks wasted and after the attitude and my wasted time and money, not even an appology, not even an attempt to try and rectify or offer me another package.

I am horrified at this services and it honestly shows me what type of people the owner employs.

To allow both senoir staff off at the same time... to not have the decency to contact the clients at all with corrospondence and further more to be given an altimatum by Michelle to be there within an hour and a half or she cant help me, is just appauling.

No customer service whatsoever!
