Shocking service at Pinelands Vodacom.

I just spent my entire lunch break being bounced between counters and dithered around to try and upgrade - I was made to wait thirty minutes to see someone, subjected to the Manager's foul language at the system's slowness, and then embarrassed out of my socks when at the end of fifty minutes of being in the store, I was informed I had to pay R 150 to upgrade. I haven't got that cash just lying around at the moment, and I don't object to the fee in principle. What I do object to is being made to wait nearly an hour to find this out instead of being told this straight off the bat. The last straw was the manager's attitude - after throwing me looks which made me feel *********** as well as poor, she then told me to rate her service as good, or she'd get in trouble. Really?
