Shocking Service and upgrade

When my upgrade was due I had problems from the start, I upgraded over the phone, all was well but then it took so long for me to receive my phone considering it is on the website that you should get it within a day or two i had to wait longer. I than that and I had to call all the time to see where it was and to call the courier company as well. (All those calls where to my expense)

Once i received my phone, a week later the ringing speaker stopped working (Scratching sound) i phone the upgrades department they said they are not able to assist me, I then went to Vodacom repair shop in Old Fort road Durban where the service was nonexistent I finally phoned the head office in JHB, and after numerous phone calls to them, they cancelled the upgrade and sent Ram couriers to fetch the broken handset, they then informed me that i could redo my upgrade at the Vodacom 4 u in Pavilion in Durban, which i then went to do,

The lady from head office JHB said that there would be no additional charge i then asked her to e-mail me all the information that we had discussed telephonically which i never received.

When the new upgrade was done i received my new account which showed R2209.80 owing to Vodacom, which confused me as my upgrade was only meant to be R310.

I then tried to contact Vodacom again for 2 months, i to date have not received any phone call any e-mail what so ever from them i have been into the Vodacom 4 u Store in Pavilion in Durban, to queried the account, they said they would call me i am still waiting 1 month later.

I have even tried to call one of the Directors of Vodacom but the number just rings.

My service has now been suspended but yet I still have not received any assistance from Vodacom considering this was not my error from the start.

is this how you treat your customers or is it a case of that you have to many and we need to start looking at other service providers.

I have been given so many referance numbers my Cell number is the following ********** 771
