Shocking service and processes

I app**** to get a phone on contract and submitted all my documents. a week later I called to check if my application was approved but was told that the lady that filled in my application was off till the following week and they could not assist me in her absence. another week passed with no word of my application until I went to the store and was told that my credit profile was low because I didn't have any clothing accounts yet payments for my car appear on my bank statement. but then again I never heard anything from them. I have had to call in almost everyday to find out what is happening and they keep making me speak to different people and promise to look into it and call me back but they never do. a month later I call in and I am told that my documents are missing and I have to go through the whole process again. the only reason I have put up with this is because I am currently using a Vodacom sim and did not want to go through the trouble of changing numbers and networks but after all of this I have given up on Vodacom and app**** somewhere else. its shocking that I had to chase after people for them to take my money!!!
