Shocking service and ******** charges by Vodacom
I have been trying to get Vodacom to resolve an error they made on account since February 2018 and with absolutely no resolve. They continue to charge me for a contract they issued in error by their own admission but every month I continue to be billed and nobody from Vodacom has bothered to try to get this resolved.
You were dealing with this query on my account in 2018 which I was advised was resolved but 2.5 years later I am still being billed for a contract that I do not have will Vodacom.
I am still being charged and billed for a contract with ended 7 months ago. I am being billed for a number that was issued in error to me and I never received either a phone or device. Kulsoem advised that this matter has been resolved as below on the 21st May 2018 already but to date I am still getting billed every month for R1069.00. Please advise why you are still deducting a monthly debit order from my account? Kulsoem mentioned below that a number was issued and activated in my name in error and corrected but it does not seem to be the case. I did not receive or activate two contracts with Vodacom, yet you continue to charge me for your error.
I have escalated the matter a few times to your call centre for the past 6 months trying to get some it resolved but to no avail. If I do not get feedback I have no choice but to take legal action against Vodacom as there seems to be no interest in getting the matter resolved.

Good Day Mrs K Johnson
I apologise for the fact that you never received proper feedback with regards to your initial escalation it seems so many people were dealing with it the lines got blurred for all concern.
Your husband contacted me on 27 December 2017 10:48 AM. As I initially advised your husband this was out of my scope but he I could hear in his voice, he was getting no joy form the relevant parties. I will stay with the query until it was resolved and it was.
I then made contact with yourself to explain that the device Vodacom Direct sent you needs to be picked up and we need to get you a new deal and because you wanted your device.
I proceeded to arrange collection of device linked to ***, in order for us to do the cancellation.
I then sources the same deal for you with one of our dealers Cellucity. Bryan contacted myself and said you advised him your deal at R1400, and their price is R1649 on the red select +.
I agreed we need to do a deal match and give you the same deal
Allow me to re-cap.
*** was activated on your account by Vodacom Direct on 2017-12-04 at 11:56:59 in Error. As you initially requested an upgrade on ***.
The Black Friday Deal you received was
You got your upgrade on *** and all was well.
It turns out you did not take the same deal at Cellucity instead of the 64G that your previous deal was on the took a 256GIG.
