Shocking service and blatantl lies

Wanted to upgrade two lines. Called in to Greenstone branch, spoke to a Sibusiso said he would call me in 5 minutes. Four hours later no call? Drove to Greenstone, asked Sibusiso if he was Sibusiso which he first **** about and then after asking him a second time admitted he was. Has the wrong system dates on my contract, been with Vodacom since 1997....,,no more. I welcome a call from Vodacom retentions dept.
